How many gels should I take?

What does the 1:1 carbohydrate ratio mean?
Each gel provides glucose and fructose in equal proportions through the sucrose naturally present in maple syrup. This provides two transportable carbohydrate sources during endurance exercise.
Do I need to take SÈV gels with water?
SÈV gels have a naturally liquid texture and can be taken without water. Hydrate separately according to the effort, conditions and your individual needs.
Which flavour contains caffeine?
Maple Espresso contains 50 mg of caffeine per gel. The other SÈV flavours do not contain added caffeine.
Are SÈV energy gels vegan?
Yes. SÈV energy gels are made without ingredients of animal origin.
