INGREDIENTS

Salted Maple: Maple syrup, Himalayan pink salt.

Salted Lemon: Maple syrup 98%, Himalayan pink salt 0.9%, water, acid: citric acid (E330), lemon powder 0.2%, lime powder.

Maple Espresso: Maple syrup, Himalayan pink salt 1%, coffee powder 0.5%, green coffee bean extract.

Maple Espresso contains 50 mg of caffeine per gel.

HOW TO USE

Take one gel every 30–45 minutes as a practical starting point for longer endurance training and racing. For higher carbohydrate targets, build your intake gradually in training. Adjust according to duration, intensity, conditions and individual tolerance.
