WHY MAPLE?
Maple syrup provides a naturally carbohydrate-rich base, with sucrose delivering glucose and fructose in an approximately 1:1 ratio.
For SÈV, that means effective endurance fuel built from a familiar ingredient — with a short ingredient list, smooth texture and flavour that feels like food rather than formulation.
FUEL WITH INTENTION
Start early. Fuel consistently. Practice how you race.
